Check-in from 1:00 p.m. and check-out between 9:30 and 10:30 a.m. If you arrive earlier you can leave your luggage at reception and enjoy the island while your room is prepared; if it's already ready, we hand it over right away.

Yes, we are 100% pet friendly. The cost is $60,000 COP per night (VAT included). Breeds classified as dangerous must wear a muzzle; please bring something to pick up after your pet. On the boat, pets travel held or in their carrier.
Bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Changes are accepted with 20 days' notice, or the booking can be frozen to be rescheduled; if the new date falls in a higher-priced season, the difference is charged. Let us know your situation as soon as possible at [email protected].
