Yes. Isla Múcura lies within the Corales del Rosario y San Bernardo National Natural Park, and a one-time entrance fee per person is paid at the pier (in Cartagena, at La Bodeguita entrance #1). The current amount is being confirmed.
A maximum of 8 kg per person plus one carry-on. Pack only what you can carry: swimwear, sunscreen and little else. If you need to bring more, let us know in advance.
In Cartagena, at 8:00 a.m. for check-in and the park fee payment (the boat departs at 9:00 sharp). In Tolú, at 11:00 a.m. at the Múcura Express office (departure at 12:00 p.m.).

Yes. For children we recommend Villa Oasis (shared pool), the Family Cabins or the oceanfront Family Bungalow. The Elevated Deluxe Kiosk does not admit children, and the Elevated Suite Kiosk does not admit children aged 0 to 8. There is a Kids Club.
There is no public pool. Some room types have a private pool (Deluxe Pool Bungalow, Pool Villa, Family Pool Villa), and the Oasis Villas share one pool among 7 villas. The sea in front of the hotel acts as a natural pool thanks to the coral barrier.
Yes, there is wifi for guests. Cell signal is weak across much of the island; the carriers the hotel reports having coverage are Claro and Tigo. There are no ATMs: bring cash.

The meal plan is the chef's selection, served in courses (starter, main and dessert), with national and Caribbean recipes. During high occupancy it operates as a buffet. À la carte service is also available at Las Palmas, plus room service.
